Greve de Lecq in Jersey

On the north of the island is one of the prettiest beaches in Jersey. It’s a sandy bay, sheltered by cliffs on both sides, with sun until late afternoon. It is the most popular bay on the north coast of the island, with some nice eating and drinking options on the bay and very close by. It occasionally gets big winter swells that are great for surfers.

FACILITIES

Car parking, toilets, a beach cafe, and deckchair hire.

GETTING TO GREVE DE LECQ

There is a bus stop right by the bay with regular buses from town.

WHERE TO EAT

Collen’s is a large cafe right on the beach serving good breakfasts, salads, and cakes with a small outdoor area. The picturesque Moulin de Lecq pub has good pub grub with a large outdoor seating area; keep an eye out for swooping seagulls. The Prince of Wales serves bistro pub food overlooking the bay.
